Social Warranties arranges latent defects and structural warranty cover for social and affordable housing. We work with housing associations, registered providers, local authority delivery vehicles and the contractors building for them, placing cover with specialist underwriters across new build, acquisition and section 106 schemes. Social housing carries its own requirements around funder approval, stock transfer and long-term stewardship, and the warranty needs to sit comfortably with all of them.
